Joi publishes the most buyer-friendly refund framework in the audited category: 14-day refund window with Neurons-aware partial-refund logic, 72-hour support response commitment. At 4 Neurons per romantic message the message-stream cost is reasonable.
Choose SpicyChat.AI if you want cheapest entry + maximum character variety. SpicyChat has no token system at all - tier-based pricing only (€4.95 / €13.95 / €23.95). The UGC marketplace has 2M+ user-created characters, and the free tier is usable for evaluation, though a context limit appeared after about ten messages in our test.
